• Overall responsibility for in-house physical lab
• Review testing documents
• Collect sample, study and perform test
• Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; trouble shooting
• Documents information by maintaining daily logs, testing schedule and equipment maintenance record
• Resolves problems by examining and evaluating data; suggest corrective actions
• Responding to merchandising teams
• Record test results, and prepare reports
• Evaluate and recommend changes to help improve test procedures
• Follow through testing result conducted by 3rd party lab
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the management when needed
