Experience:
任职资格:
1.At least 3 years of relevant working experience,familiar with SAP Business Process Know-how and SAP implement Method;
3年以上相关工作经验,熟悉SAP业务流程及SAP实施方法;
2.Basic ABAP knowledge is required;
具备基本的ABAP知识

Responsibilities
岗位职责:
1.Participate in SAP project as team member,Interact with consultant and users to determine system requirements during the SAP implementation;
作为团队成员参与SAP项目,与顾问和用户沟通确定系统需求;
2.Provide daily user support and troubleshooting to end users;
为终端用户提供日常的用户支持和故障排除;
3munciate with Global IT support team for major issues, to take the call, response email and create/update HelpDesk ticketing system;
就重大事项与全球IT团队保持沟通,包括接打电话,收发邮件,及HelpDesk系统请求创建与更新;
4.Provide necessary training to end users for SAP system operation;
为最终用户提供必要的SAP系统操作培训;
5.Support to implement the interface between SAP and relevant Add-ons;
SAP和相关接口的实施与支持;
6.Assist SAP Developer to study business requirements.
