Assist to dept. Manager to running the daily work smoothly.
Work at the 2nd shift in according to production arrangement.
Follow-up some production processes that appointed by manager.
Completion of some of the following tasks in accordance with the production arrangement.
In according to the daily production plan, take correct numbered mixture and colour match .
Record the wastage of the color kitchen.
Carrying out internal auditing on a daily basis (viscocity, apply amount, temperatures and colour).
Check leather during all the machines for any defects (process defects).
Assist with sorting of batches e.g. loose grain, colour and flat print.
Report any other quality problems to dept. head.
Other task or duties as assigned.
